Joshi News: Stardom Committees Prepare For Ryogoku
Battle News reports Stardom held a press conference today to announce the formation of a committee to help prepare for the promotion’s major event on April 29 at Ryogoku, which will be the first joshi event there in at least 5-6 years. Perhaps not surprisingly, all the departments & positions will be filled by current Stardom roster members, which is as follows:
Conference Management Department:
Manager-Nanae Takahashi
Staff-Natsuki*Taiyo, Miho Wakizawa, Eri Susa, Saki Kashima
Conference Sales Department:
Manager-Fuka
Staff-Act Yasukawa, Natsumi Showzuki, Yuuri Haruka
Conference Public Information Department:
Manager-Yuzuki Aikawa (makes sense as Aikawa’s roles will include advertising, increasing exposure, etc.)
Staff-Io Shirai, Yoshiko, Mayu Iwatani, Kairi Hojo
As far as outsider participation in the event, the only names Rossy Ogawa mentioned today are regulars-Hiroyo Matsumoto, Yuusaku & Kyoko Kimura as well as Dark Angel. Probably some other guest participation as well, but my translation suggests not to expect many.
Ticket prices were also announced today:
VIP-35,000 yen (includes special gift)
S-20,000 yen (includes special gift)
1F mass seat A-10,000 yen
1F mass seat B-7000 yen
1F mass seat C-5000 yen
2F seat A-5000 yen
2F seat B-3000 yen
Seniors (65+) & women-3000 yen (2F seat B)
Children including high school students-1000 yen (event day only)
Tickets go on sale September 9 at a special event in Tokyo with all the roster attending, then general sale begins September 10.
No Yoko Bito today and no mention of a role for her. Dark Angel also attended and made brief comments.
One new event was also announced today, a Yuzuki Aikawa 2nd Anniversary Commemoration event. That will be on November 3 at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring.
